anyone working in accounting firm has any idea why AAC needs to pay tax for the revaluation of land and building, which has not been owned but has been leased by AAC from state government? the weird thing is even though they lease the land, the land has still been classified as non-current assets, rather than intangible assets as a lease contract. It results in huge amount of NTA on paper.
