That's interesting so if you buy high divvy stock (eg banks paying 5%) you actually get 7% of that?
For example, 1 million dollars of CBA shares paying 5%. Now 5%/0.7 yields about 7.14% or $71,400.
That would keep me in ivory backscratchers.
