Can anyone tell me,
If I have made significant gains in part of my portfolio and sell off market my shares that are at a big loss to another entity, my partner.
The loss will offset the gains (which I am liable for the full capital gains as only did a short term trade).,
Is there a problem with doing this other then I have to trust my partner.
