Thanks for that, did not realise that this type of org existed.
Having read through the info, seems they buy back my shares for a nominal amount of $1, charge me an admin fee of $150 and issue me with the relevant sale certificate, thereby allowing me to chrystallize my loss, how simple and clever is that.
The tax relief I will get will far exceed the admin fees so will probably wait to see what happens with the administrators and the potential claim against the directors......though holding out very little hope. Might claim the loss in the next tax year as in a loss situation already for this tax year.....a bad run for me culminating in me buying into FGE the day before it all went tits up......how unlucky and foolish was I not reading the signs !!!
