Like a lot of micro / nano caps on the market tax loss selling is doing combat with a degree of buying pressure as tax loss selling pushes company valuations to unreasonably low levels, and deters prospective buyers from taking positions (waiting for the FY to end and tax loss selling to reduce).
I believe there are buyers waiting. Not a lot, but enough to push the price to 12.5c in the absence of further information. The market can be forgiven for thinking more milestones / sales targets will be missed!
