"With the end of the financial year looming there is bound to be a lot of sellers that will be wanting to write in some tax offset losses and because the SP of EDE has reached a low point for recent times EDE will be in their sights. This should be reversed to a certain extent during July.
A company announcement would make a difference. I doubt that our masters are worried on a day to day basis so I do not expect an announcement being made just to support the SP. I suggest the next one will be either good ie, a sales made announcement or bad ie. another sales are coming in the future announcement.
(A reminder that selling and buying back can be seen as a wash sale by the tax office and a loss may not be allowed as a deduction. Remember that "trading loss" is treated separately to a "capital loss". Anything that is allowed this year may still be reviewed by a future audit so it pays to go by the book.)"
