You would have to be right I would suggest.
I am getting sick and tired of these funds giving these equity styled funding arrangements, promising the world and then slotting the market. It kills companies as it is MDA. Current MC of 5 million. They paid 25 mill for the assets and have 48 mill $ worth of gas in the ground.
This is insane.
