Tax deductions for Doctor payments

PRY had a stunning victory over the ATO in being able to claim these payments as tax deductible. This achieves two significant things:

1. Material upgrade in net operating cash for these businesses
2. Material detriment to doctors own tax affairs which makes it less lucrative for them in planning on running their own show and then selling out to these businesses

Collectively, should the same apply, which VEI needs to clarify, a boon for investors.
