It looks to me that cnx will be wound up in this financial year with no chance of recouping our returns.

This is the first time a company I've been involved in has gone into administration. I'm seeking some advise.

Do I gave to declare my loss in the same financial year or can I hold off the declaration to a year when I have big profits to declare.

If I can hold off this declaration, how long can I hold it for.

( I've been reading through a quiremire).
