AAC became my biggest ever position last week. The price seems too low, and I love bow US cattle farmers likely had their lowest profit in 12 years. There's conditions for a rebound.
But for us to make real money, like doubling in three years as I hope, we need a path of beef prices rising and AAC becomi g more efficient. Sadly, i am not really seeing the path.
The company has failed to generate cashflow through the cycle, and based on the article posted on how dry the Brunette is, it seems things will get worse.
I went on their website to look more closely at their land, and was disturbed by the lack of photos and basic background on their land holdings. The single photo per station looked dry- and I guess they chose the best photo. So I am left to wonder, is this prime land, or marginal grazing land. Would love your thoughts team.
