    Thanks for the replies

I agree with most of them

Most of your thoughts are what led me to invest in AACo many moons ago,
and to top up again recently

Yes, the world does need more food,

Yes, AACo is well placed to meet this demand

Yes, AACo is very cheap on a SP to valuation basis

These points were also true, years ago, when I first bought in

We have seen big increases in the valuations of our farms and land

Our livestock is now much higher value per head

I would say that in most areas, the bad drought of
3-5 years ago is over, and in most areas about average
    conditions prevail

So why is the SP at such bargain levels now?

Levels that we were at during the bad drought years
    around 2014

Why are we at record short selling levels of
    around 9% of the company

I have my thoughts on this, which I have explained

I don't think the SP/NTA gap will improve anytime soon

I will be opportunisticly exiting my positions if the next
shareholder notice from Tavistock has another 3% added
    to their holdings.

The issue I have with increasing the debt levels, is that the
extra $100 million will cost us something, I assume around
.1 of a percent a year or so (if Im wrong please correct this)
that works out at $1mil a year, and its a bit like a credit card
once you get the increase, you usually spend it

    cheers grant

the above is my thought and opinions only
