Access to funding and insuring that it is available is good business. I prefer them to have a higher borrowing capacity than putting out rights issues tapping shareholders for funds.
I would always prefer to be looking at it than looking for it.
In the current climate having a majority shareholder may prove to be a blessing as it should offer a bit more stability in a rocky market.
