    Hi Grant, you raised some interesting points (repeated in quotes)

    A warning to who?

    "The government are cracking down of foreign purchases of farmland"

    I do not agree, the Kidman sale proceeded swiftly when the military boarder was removed from the sale to the Chinese. (security was the only concern)
    However the government is still pretending to crack down because it is popular.

    "It would take nearly all non Tavistock aligned holders voting as a block
    now to have any chance of change"
    "I Think its time to bring this to a head now and call an EGM"

    What would the motion be at the EGM.
    Shareholders have no right to say they don't want Tavistock to own a majority
    Even if a vote was won the company cannot remove a shareholder.
    And no vote can be won unless tavistock backs it because lots of people do not vote.
