TAS would have to be the biggest arbitrage play on the ASX at the moment? I can't fathom the deep discount and can only assume it has to do with the potential for EDE to cap raise in the coming months. TAS will have to come up with a lot of coin if that is the case and will have to cap raise themselves (particularly as they have stated they will be holding their EDE for the long term) but I am not sure that deserves such a deep discount of NTA's. Once the market in general realises TAS's position the discount gap will close IMO.
