knock yourself out then on this thesis. Tasmania is still a very small state with a very narrow economy and MYS is highly leveraged to it. Tasmania still is highly reliant on mining (not so great now) and has the second highest unemployment rate in Australia. Go down and maybe check it out for yourself.
Nonetheless though you may want to look at MYS a little more closely. They are growing their book mainly outside of Tasmania, on the Aus mainly through mortgage brokers. But if you think MYS is a good proxy for some Tasmania miracle knock yourself out
