say EDE earned $1 billion revenue per year and $100 net profit
on a PE x 14, the EDE shares would be worth $1.15
TAS would have an asset worth $1.40 per TAS share or $630M
TAS would receive say a $20M dividend for 1/3 ownership and 60% payout ratio
whether shareholders receive the $20M dividend or not will not greatly affect the TAS share price
if TAS sold their $630M in EDE shares, do you really believe the director would spend this on speculative exploration?
the directors would return the capital
