Very conflicting to use EDE's share price, but then uses CNJ's estimated resource value. While it is in the ground it is worth zilch, well certainly is when looking at the share price, on the flip side you certainly can't put a figure on how much Edencrete is worth so you can only use what the current value of each asset is.
Looking at the asset value of stocks TAS holds through its substitutes and own company holdings they have $147mill, which is equivalent to 0.3718 per TAS unit or 0.3237 fully diluted.
Also TAS only has a 13.34% interest in CNJ, not 19%. (41,476,285 units out of a possible 310,993,387)
