One of the benefits of the USA market is the depth of funding options available, particularly if your a technology related entity. Given the risk to control of a Eden rights issue, (the Solomons would have to fund their Eden shareholdings plus face a call from Tasman), I think a direct placement to a hedge fund would be the most likely outcome. The question is the timing, they still have sufficient funding for at least six months but will likely most on the back of a substantial SP boost, (after a major order for ex). Personally, am hoping Warren Buffett buys in. GLTA.
