Thought would start a new thread about how LNC report affects TAS (via its holding in EDE)
EDE's PEL138,PEL240 = which are roughly 4000km2 each or 1.98m acres. Also notice that expenditure has been stopped on 138.
Given acreage values would have crept up a little in the area since LNC report - lets keep things in check.
Would be better to use an EV/acre scenario for EDE but for starters lets just say a ground value of $100/acre
$100/acre x 1.98m acres = $198m total value to EDE
TAS own 47% of EDE = $99m value implied to TAS
Feel free to add.
