I think until all shareholders have a clear explanation on how everything is going to be worked out, shareholders and the market are going to be cautious.
Will TAS holders need to raise another $3.8M in order to convert Nobles 101M options? Or will Noble get a loan from the bank to convert then sell out to pay it, thus losing a bit of ownership?
If and when dividend happen, what with shareholders receive, or does TAS have other plans eg: mining?
Probably more, but my mind is blank at the moment and can not think.
As at today our asset value is 0.503 without TAS options converted, or 0.417 fully diluted.
