After reading the announcement in full, it sounds as if the ASX doesn’t really give a toss about the noble structure. They just want to see evidence that TAS is doind mining or mining prospects in relation to 12.1 as Tom when they first went public.
Maybe the ASX might be doing house cleaning, I wonder if this has been bought on by all the recent companies keeping the down low with information in announcements only for the share price to fall from the sky. Prime example GSW.
