The relative value being 1.3243 to 1 makes TAS the preferred share. I've been selling EDE and buying TAS at this level. Naturally these are EDE shares that were purchased with funds available following the sale of TAS when the trades were possible at 1.2 to 1.
I wont say "I told you it would happen" or maybe I will. I expect it to happen again and again.
