I don't know if it is a "screaming buy" but at that relative value it is a proposition (in my opinion) to sell EDE and buy TAS. However there were no sellers of TAS with any volume at that price to effect a trade. Sellers were 1c above the closing price.
It should be a screaming buy but the lack of sales announcements and the late commissioning is raising doubts that are holding back the SP of both TAS and EDE.
I don't know if it is a "screaming buy" but at that relative...
