Ignoring options, from today's ann. cash at end qtr. is $13,042,000.
That equates to $0.034 per share. Current sp is $0.225. So $0.191 is attributable to assets other than cash.
However, when EDE is $0.27 per share, TAS has $0.412 per share as the market value of its investment in EDE. In this assessment no value is given to the CNJ part share held by TAS.
$0.412 - $ 0.191 = $0.221 is the amount by which TAS is discounted to its notional value.
ie. 100% discount -- is that a bargain or what?
