Just don't hold your breath waiting for it to happen. Yes I believe they will be happy for EDE to pay a dividend. So will the EDE shareholders who will get the same dividend as cash in hand. TAS shareholders meanwhile will wait to see where the dividend that TAS gets into its coffers gets spent.
That really is the bottom line.
