    The bottom line is that the Solomon have a hell of a lot of skin in the game with TAS and they are no fools! IMO they could easily agree to an EDE takeover by a BASF or Sika, etc, at some point in the next 12-18 months once sale demands are proven and the Augustan plant is underway (a distinct possibility by the way as let's face it they're not getting any younger) and then watch the TAS share price! Remember no takeover is possible without TAS. And if that opportunity doesn't present itself, IMO they will be very keen to have EDE pay a dividend ASAP so that will positively impact the TAS share price and their returns. Would hate to get caught out if/when either of these events take place.
