As I see it TAS will only have income from EDE. It will not get income from all the other
"assets" for some time, if ever. Cash flow and income can be quite different. Income means cash in. Cash flow means cash in AND cash out with the "in" sometimes from income but could come from asset sales or new capital.. TAS is waiting for cash in. EDE has cash coming from sales and hopefully a lot of it.
With no income and little cash left TAS could have a cash flow problem. In the longer term TAS should have cash flowing in from EDE. This should be in the form of dividends. TAS can't just "take" the EDE profits.
There should be no cash flowing from TAS to EDE apart from TAS taking up options it holds in EDE
Correct me if I'm wrong. I'm not always right.
