Limited accountability. At the whim of the directors. It will not have an annual general meeting. Its actions need not be totally disclosed to shareholders.( TAS). Noble doesn't have to account to the ASX. TAS can hold back on information regarding Noble in more ways than one. Time will answer these questions.
