Try Googleing "Noble Energy Pty Ltd" and you will come up with "Noble Energy Pty Ltd - Private Company". A Pty Co. IS a PRIVATE Company. In this case it is privately owned by TAS. A private company does not have to lodge annual accounts to ASIC it only has to lodge with the ATO.
It is not a Public Company as you stated. Who is putting out misinformation now. WTF
