No one is disputing that TAS does not hold the EDE stake, of course it does as it owns 100% of Noble. But being that Noble is a company in itself has its own running costs and director fees etc... It is the initial company that receives payments from EDE, TAS can only receive payment from EDE through Noble.

Now being that Noble is more than likely run by the Solomon's one would agree that money will be paid on through to the parent company, but it doesn't mean to say it needs to pass on 100% of it. Example, if EDE do in fact do a special dividend to its shareholders for the sake of Noble to convert all its options, Noble is going to hold all that cash for itself to convert before passing onto TAS whom then can pass onto shareholders or more than likely use toward mining tenants.

One needs to ask those that believe there is nothing to worry about (@Smooge @rorter @MarkyBoy49)... when TAS acquired Noble, why was the Noble company still kept rather than conglomerated into the company? Please explain... I would dearly love to hear your reasoning.
