The decision to establish Noble Energy may have been taken to quarantine the risk liability or for tax purposes or both. I really don't believe this is a drama. Afterall thousands of companies operate this way and there are legal obligations that must be met.
Eden Industries is a 100% owned subsidiary of Eden Innovations - no different to the Noble Energy/ TAS relationship.
