What the directors do and the Noble issue gets too much attention. In the broader picture, if someone wants a cheap entry into the Edencrete game it is through TAS.
Also any corporate TO interest (quite a likely possibility), would concentrate its initial 'attack' on TAS as TAS has a controlling stake in EDE.
