I rang TAS yesterday and asked them about the chances of distributing the EDE and EDEO shares to the TAS holders and they said not at the moment because it would most likely sink the EDE share price. I wonder if EDE will move to take TAS over at some point. It would make sense really. Has this already been discussed?
They did say how excited by EDE's prospects they are and they don't sound in any rush to be spending big bucks on risky drilling ventures which I'm pretty happy about. I asked him(Aaron) if approval for Georgia would automatically mean approval in other states and he said he thought it might in some and definitely should help the process but thought I might need to speak to someone else who knew more about that. Anyway it looks like perfect timing for Trumps mooted infrastructure spend which the US market was buying last night.
I would guess they have been waiting for approval from GDOT to ink some deals and that we should see some news soon.
