Correct MB - the Noble Energy / Tasman Resources relationship is no different to the EdenCrete Industries / Eden Innovations one. With the directors getting on in years, IMO they will will look to divest Tasman of its other interests once EDE really takes off in order to maximise its Eden profits. GS's focus will be maintaining their controlling stake in EDE and I doubt will have the time and energy to be over seeing high-risk exploration projects. However there is no hurray selling off the Vulcan project for example with mining being off the boil at this time. They can afford to wait and possibly get a decent return once miners are back drilling.
