Long before I invested in TAS in 2009, I asked an accountant to take a very close look at the Noble Energy/TAS constellation for me. Accounting wise, Noble Energy is just a subsidiary account in the general ledger, with Tasman Resources being the parent company in the GL.
You are implying that future EDE profits have to first pass through Noble before they reach TAS. Meaning that a Noble Energy profit share, their directors fees etc. would be skimmed off the top before any profit reaches TAS and thus its shareholders. I believe that this is not the case.
