TAS/EDE relative values, page-290

I assumed that anyone who invests in TAS as a way of holding Edencrete would be aware that the EDE holdings are in the name of Noble Energy and that Noble is 100% owned by TAS. Noble shares directors etc with TAS and EDE, This is a complicated organisation, created by members of the legal fraternity with many irons in the fire, apart from Edencrete. Some of those irons are very cold and will take some heating up. CNJ also sits in a corner having been spun off some tine ago with TAS still holding shares. One CNJ director is also a director of TAS according to the latest records.

I discussed this arrangement some time ago with a broker who told me that it was this complicated company arrangement that kept them from promoting this stock. They would like to see an expanded EDE board with new independent directors. (So would I)
