I think because EDE posts the announcement first to the ASX and so EDE goes into a halt. But then 10 or so minutes later TAS as a large holder will post the same sensitive announcement under TAS which is once again sensitive and then is goes into a halt. By the time TAS goes into a halt EDE is coming out or just about to come out of the halt. So you have 1 trading and one not, then vise verser and then both trade.
I don't know why TAS posts the same announcement, you think they would just post an announcement to say refer to new announcement posted of EDE about new improvements/progress/etc...
