As reported on 16 Dec 16, when EDE is 22c the value of the TAS holding in EDE is worth 32.5c for each TAS share. Before Edencrete and during the last 5 years TAS minimum sp has been about 2c per share. Allowing for that 2c value for all of TAS's other assets, TAS value per share is about 34c to 35c per share.
But, but, but ---- you can easily buy TAS for 19c per share.
I know there are arguments that tax issues and that TAS is likely to use any potential profits from EDE for its own spending purposes and shareholders will miss out somehow. I find that a full 70% discount to the TAS sp more than compensates for those issues.
But how about another possible scenario where a big corporate body wants to take over the Edencrete bonanza. They could likely do that by offering TAS shareholders just their actual holding value in EDE without adding any premium as would normally be the case for a takeover. In that case TAS shareholders would have a nice 70% return for their holding. Waderyrekon?
