Sure it will. TAS will pay off but EDE will pay off much better than TAS. Simply because the FACTS are that any pay off through TAS will be diluted and not necessarily directed to TAS shareholders.
Of course you cold get the directors to make a guarantee that it would not happen that way!!!! Use the influence you claim to have to get them to set out the plans for TAS and EDE in the event that there are EDE profits to distribute. That could settle the issue.
Until then I'll continue to be "the Angry Old Man" and point out where I consider the relative values are.
I do consider TAS a good investment, equal to EDE at a relative price right now at around 1 EDE equals 1.25 TAS. At 1.2 I'll sell TAS and buy EDE. At 1.3 I'll sell EDE and buy TAS. ( These ratios are subject to change if the market decrees that TAS has some of its spec other interests paying off. )
