Those relative values suggest a good time to sell TAS and buy EDE but that is only right IF you can make trades at the closing values. That would be hard to do. There are only buyers for TAS at 1c below the closing price and not enough quantity to make a sell trade. On the EDE side the same problem where there is only 1 seller with limited number at .5c higher than the closing price. I doubt if you could swap TAS for EDE under a ratio of 1.3 to 1, certainly not at 1.2162.
