the disparity in the relative values has been reducing ever since my post from 6.09. Therefore IMHO this issue is taking care of itself, as I pointed out it would. I believe that before Xmas TAS will be trading at the same price as EDE.
Whether TAS can trade at a premium to EDE before Xmas is another thing. However, I would not rule this out. What would change this almost immediately is a T/O, which IMHO is quite possible. In this event TAS would definitely trade at a premium to EDE as the true and correct value of TAS's shareholding suddenly became a crucial part of the deal. As far as I know this is a factor of 1.4 i.e. when EDE is .22 TAS would be .308.
