I like you Nursery, but sometimes you do talk nonsense. Any idea what the estimated worth of CNJ's nickel deposits at Mt Thirsty are worth? I do. Somewhere in the order of USD3 billion. Thats not even counting the cobalt and the managnese. And TAS owns 14% of CNJ, around USD500m of Nickel alone near the surface. Sure they will only get a percentage if it was dug up. But its an asset that can be added on to the value of Noble's holding in EDE. The directors fees are very very very tiny compared to the asset backing of TAS. You don't need to discount TAS share price by half to account for the directors fees.

Any way you care to slice it, today TAS is probably worth a good deal more then EDE based on its asset backing.
