Newbie to this stock, so forgive the naive questions if that's what they are. Nursery, you seem to know this stock well ... would be appreciative if you can answer:

1. How do you get the TAS / EDE ratio that you do?

2. Why does this company pay director fees of $40K/qtr when its not doing anything other than holding EDE stock?

3. If the Directors believe that TAS trades at around 50-60c in the dollar vs the value of its EDE holding, why doesn't it sell EDE stock to pay director fees, instead of using 100c in the dollar dollars?
