AT a time when Aussie land values have significantly increased and MGR pfotiabiltiy on stong march higher - with strong forecast divvy increase -0 stock has gone $1.90 back to $1.70s because allt he OS yield hunters were forced to sell
Great opportunity for locals with a llittle patience.
And once the AUD/USD currency is seen as having stabilised - its probable the OS money will come back and push those stocks higher.
