You may be right if this volume keeps up. The latest $URA holdings had them at 2.2m.
$URA offloading and the 3 ST catalysts are what put $PEN on my watch list. I have benchmarked all listed U stocks, globally. Wasn't convinced of $PEN but... it is the only U stock with direct exposure to S232.
Let's see how it pans out.
