I'll ask you the same question,.. Have you got any evidence its NOT tax selling????
Been watching the volumes closely and the buy n sell get loaded constantly at the same time..
I've traded from one hand to the other a number of times for tax credits In June,... to a large holder the tax credit would have a greater value than the SP if they can offset the credits, With section 232 not far off, taking your tax credits now at record lows is my theory,.... Collect both ways tax credits and an upcoming U bull run... Cheers Y3
