Based on the news URA will be removing PEN from their holdings I would probably expect to see a block sale sooner rather than later. They have done the same before, for example Laramide Resources was a stock they also removed last year and following the block sale is up circa 40%.
For me the fundamentals are worth investing in anything around this level, a resolution on s232 anytime between now and April will IMHO ignite this stock to these Price Target levels and beyond irrespective of s232 quotas especially longer term.
Best to put in a draw and await the news rather than watch short term volatility, unless there is another fire sale and can pick up more!
