The other advantage having WH as CEO besides his technical and management skills, is he is well liked and has great contacts by the people that count.....
Section 232 PEN will benefit from any outcome, But PEN didn't rock any boats, utilities may favour PEN for that in time...
Everything that WH has setout for PEN "have" or are "being achieved" and more like the $19m sale of contracts, quick permits, keeping cost down, and low pH progress looking every positive and on timelines..
