I will repeat the question regarding sales in the light of the fact that you have no facts about sales going backwards, it seems that is your theory based upon the cash report which is not a sales revenue report. Just to be clear this company sells security as a managed service that means that if they did sell a deal in May lets say 108K over 3 years (not an unusual size deal I would have thought) and they invoice 30 days after month of installation they will not see any cash until July and the only 1/36, hence my comment re the cash report. I do not know the full details of their recent acquisition other then the fact that they bought the Customers not the business on the basis of integrating them onto their security platform therefore you will not see the full story re the aquisition revenue impact until 12 months out. Maybe this is a bit complicated for you but you can only account for cash when you receive it and you can only accrue revenue when you have earned it. If they were simply selling hardware both of those could be realised together. As far as your comments re the Camberwell office this Company according to the December results has a significant overseas footprint with regard to its customer base and based upon the Website they have iconic customers who are very discerning. The Board is one of the best in town (with impeccable credentials) and recent appointments in the sales team as released bode well for the future. Yes the price is not good (and I question some of the intentions of people commenting here) but after just over 5 months they are building a significant team. This was the purpose of the float , to build a long term story (not just to satisfy the pump and dumpers). Unlike some of the other companies mentioned here this has a real business with real customers and real revenue and great opportunities. I hope the CEO is focussing on the build and not on the johnny come lately advice posted here. As far as your letter goes it is naïve to think that the CEO or anyone else is going to say anything so close to results date.
I might sound a bit peeved but that that is due to the ill informed drivel that people post without reading and refering back to the prospectus or half year results and subsequent press releases.
