By the 26th April shareholders will be wetting their pants trying to get out, before the bid is pulled and it heads back to 6c. But MK may give you another bite of the cherry a few months further down the track. It's his style.
BUT, he will NOT pay a penny more than 10c/ share.
There will be NO white knight, you're lucky already that you have a bid at 10c. Otherwise it would be lucky to hold at 6 cents.
